Work Group One first.  Then progress to group two.
When exercises become too and don't tire you then progress to the next group.
Only do the Falsetto if you can make the light airy sound easily.
If you have been belting and pushing up the chest voice Try and do all the
exercises in Group One very softly in the beginning.  This will help you bring
in more of the head voice. Better yet, if you can make the falsetto work a lot in it.
As you become familiar with these exercises you will be able to combine them in various
ways on your own.

Work all of the exercises in full voice and in PPP. (very soft)
